Focus - The Key To Niche Marketing Success

If you want to become an expert at ' Niche Marketing ', you need to keep learning. Updating your knowledge. Refreshing your information. Staying on the cutting edge. This short article will help you stay ahead of the curve.

My one word answer: " ' Focus '"

The key to getting things done in this limited time is intense concentration and ' focus '. You need to decide the things you're going to do today - and just get them done. Period.

The first step is learning. Study enough to be reasonably comfortable about things. Do NOT try to become an expert before you begin. Online " ' Niche Marketing '", like anything else, is a continuing learning process.

You do. You test. You learn. You change. You test again.

And over time, you get better. Then good. Then VERY good.

It's like a mathematical formula, it never fails. The people who do NOT succeed this way are folks who either give up halfway through, or try many different things at the same time, or just don't " ' take action '" but debate everything to dust.

You will fail. That's a certainty. In the beginning, most things you try out will NOT work. But you'll " ' learn from it '" - you'll know what doesn't work. Then you try something new - and keep doing it UNTIL it works. Then, " ' stick with it '"... and try something else.

Here's a step by step blueprint:

* study some of the resources on ' Niche Marketing ', get a feel for it

* do some ' keyword research 'or use your interests to decide upon a niche

* study the ' niche market 'you choose and see what they are asking for, what problems they face, what pain they want removed from their lives

* see if you can create, outsource or buy resell rights to a product or service which will solve it for them

* start marketing it at lowest expense, learning all the while, testing

* study your results every week, or better still, every day

* tweak the marketing to see if it performs better - or worse

* aim for a steady 2% improvement each week

Within 6 months, you'll definitely hit upon some parts of your Ôniche marketingÕ process which work. Then you can choose to learn MORE about those elements - buy ebooks, attend courses and seminars, ask experts, participate on forums. Become the expert - and use these same methods more effectively.

Before you know it, your business will be successful.

Oh, and I almost forgot - you'll be distracted by a LOT of things during this time. Don't follow ANY of them. Instead, buy yourself a notebook. Jot down the URL and short notes about the most exciting of them. Go back to them ONLY after you've got your chosen Ôniche businessÕ profitable.

And don't get caught up by the 'too good to last' hype. Most excellent quality programs are there to stay. True, once in a while you may lose out on something - Nichelogy - is a good example.

But even then, you could get in after 6 months. So the key is to train YOURSELF to stick with a plan. It is easy to get distracted - and it is also why it is easy to fail!
